Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped within 4 business days from receipt of payment and will take 2-7 business days to arrive at your nominated delivery address. We only deliver within Australia and use a third party courier service.

Refund Policy
Gutter Protector Australia does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision. We will give a refund, exchange or credit if goods are faulty, damaged, are different then the product described on the website or fail to perform as described on the website. Refund request will take up to 14 days to investigate its validity and a further 3 business days to issue out refund if request is found to be valid.
