Product Warranty

Gutter Protector gutter guards comes with a 5 year product warranty subject to the following conditions:

1. for product manufacturing defect only.
2. Limited to original cost of product or replacement of product only.
3. Does not cover removal or disposing of product.
4. Does not cover cost of installation.
5. Warranty void if no fitted in accordance to installation instruction.
6. Does not cover cost of any gutter cleaning or gutter replacement.

Performance Warranty

Gutter Protector gutter guards comes with a 10 year performance warranty subject to the following conditions:

1. Gutter Protector gutter guards warrants that the product will keep the interior of your gutters clog free from leaves, twigs and pine needles while Gutter Protector remains fitted in your gutters.
2. Warranty void if not fitted in accordance to installation instructions.
3. Limited to original cost of product or replacement of product only.
4. Does not cover removal or disposing of product.
5. Does not cover cost of installation.
6. Does not cover cost of any gutter cleaning or gutter replacement
7. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser at the original address of first installtion and can not be transferred.

Warranty Exclusion

Gutter Protector is not warranted against damage caused by any form of wildlife including all birds, bush turkeys, possums, rats, mice, snakes, etc.

Gutter Protector will assist your gutters to operate efficiently and will greatly reduce overflowing problems. However fitting Gutter Protector does not guarantee overflowing will not occur. Overflowing can be caused by many other variable factors – such as inappropriate gutter size to roof size ratio, inappropriate down pipe size, inappropriate number of down pipes, whether your down pipes are blocked or not and the amount of rain, etc, etc.

Generally, because Gutter Protector keeps your gutters clear of debris, your gutters are far less likely to overflow with Gutter Protector than without it.
